No Internet Access

Hi,
We've been following the various trouble shooting instructions online but still haven't had any internet access today. The light on our router has been orange for the best part of the day and although it is currently blue we keep getting diverted to a landing page (although you can't do anything on it) or not connecting ful stop. Quite frustrating as we cannot use our computers (and I work from home) or our smart TV.
Any help would be much appreciated! Our sudden drop in data usage is a big indicator something is wrong!
