No Connection to internet

Hi.
Have never used a forum before. Would ring with problem but not too keen on an hour waiting time.
I can connect to the plusnet site but cannot connect to any other sites. The problem began 24 hour ago approx.
I am very keen to get back on line and use the internet, I have much work to do.

That sounds as though the account is believed to be unpaid
Why not try Chat as that may be quicker

Chat service ends at 9pm. Try again during day time hours.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
