No Connection again....

My connection came back on about 10 days ago but has now gone off again.....Nothing has changed at all but I just cannot connect to the internet at all .....Do I need to report it all over again!

I can see that you're connected now but there have been two disconnectionds this evening. Can you tell me if these disconnections are intentional.

Hi,  No.... these are not intentional and since 9pm I have not been able to connect at all, I am using Mobile Broadband at the moment...I really hope that this can get sorted out for us quickly...

I had no connectio when I woke up at a round midnight and could not re-connect until 1:45am 
I also lost on my voip connection on all my voip phones
I would have called plusnet but gave up doing that years ago always  got told theirs nothing  wrong here you must have changed a settings what- I said on all 6 voip phones

I see you got connected just after you made your last post and it's been connected since. If it happens again the raise a fault so we can investigate it further.
