Hi,
Are plusnet having issues with internet, as mine has been down since Thursday evening, and I all get back from the automated check bot is changing dates and times, pretty pointless to be honest.

OK, understand your comments now. Has the bot at any time said what the error is supposed to have been? I assume you are posting using mobile data, but any chance of picture of your Hubs Help Desk screen, with personal details obscured (if possible)?

I'm really sorry about this. From what I can see the dates we've provided have come from our suppliers due to a major service outage in your area which they're working on. We'll update as soon as we know more.

I've chased this up for you and Openreach are still investigating as line tests are showing a fault at the cabinet (the green box), even though the major service problem is marked as resolved for some reason.
Haven't been able to get a substantial update, due to the industrial action (strikes) today.
We should know more tomorrow.

Hi Steve,
Just checked the supplier fault report and we've received notes "Fault associated with Openreach Proactive Infrastructure Event" which suggests engineers are still aware of a known problem they're working to resolve as soon as possible.
