I have had useless broadband for over a week now, no reply off them until put on their facebook and then told being migrated to a different network. Speed is 0.19 download, having to use my Three Dongle to get on the internet.
Why were we not told timescales or given partial refunds or static IP's. We should all have been sent letters or at least e-mailed with a dedicated switch team to field the problems.
Its a terrible service and they seem to have an unhealthy disregard for their customers, they do not seem to care anymore.
