No Broadband for 5 Full days

I have not had internet for five full days at home and this is the third time within one month that this has happened. The first time for a day or so, the second time for 2 or 3 days and now 5 days and counting.
Plus Net has raised the issue to BT. Does anyone know if I can do anything. E-mail / call BT to get this moving? Who would I notify?

Hi steedec,
I tried to call you and have left you a voicemail, we need to get a engineer out to you. If you can let me know your availability over the next few days either 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm and I'll get that booked in for you.

Thanks 1pm to 6pm tomorrow Friday Jan 25 will be good if you can arrange for that
