I have been without broadband since 24 dec. Support is really poor and the problem is being bounced between BT and Plus Net support. The ADSL line was proven to be OK on 24 Dec and just received (4 Jan 2011) confirmation from BT that this is the case line but still no connectivity. This needs some intervention. Has anyone else suffered this quality of support?
Hi dannyw, I'm sorry to hear your issue has not been resolved yet. I have asked one of our faults team to check for the latest update for you. As regards support I can understand how frustrating it can be waiting for a fault to be fixed but since you opened your ticket we have responded on the 26/12, 28/12, 29/12, 01/01 and 04/01 and now chasing for one today, so apart from not yet having a resolution I don't see where are support has been lacking. I'll let you know as soon as I have any more news for you. Jojo
