Hi!
Just moved into a new flat last week, recieved our router on tuesday and finally got around to setting up the router today.
I followed the instructions to the book, but we're not getting any internet! The broadband light is on and I've also manually tried entering the details manually. Tried different sockets, different cables, different filters, nada!
Any help? Thanks!

try giving Plusnet a ring as it just may be that it hasn't been activated from their end

Oldjim raises a fair point, have you had any message from plusnet to say your broadband has gone live? If not and you've set up your router, it's more than likely you'll need to factory reset your router once you know your broadband services have been activated.
