No ATM activity detected on your DSL line

Hi There,
I'm posting on behalf of my mother who is getting the above message when she does a diagnostic test on her router after the connection dropped suddenly.
Can someone please assist as a matter of urgency ?

you will need to provide a ticket number or username from the account unless it was that account you used to sign up here

i'm not sure of the correct telephone number to call unfortunately.
i can provide her account username if that helps ?
unfortunately, she's not particularly technical and is struggling with all of this. have managed to talk her through logging into her router over the phone with the above results.

account username would be needed or if you can log into your mothers account a ticket number would also work
you could try phoning on 0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200 but unless you are a registered signatory to the account that won't help
However perhaps if your mother phoned the Plusnet agent could talk her through everything - thay are very good at that usually

thanks for taking the time to respond - much appreciated.
do you have a link to the create new ticket page ?
i'd prefer to raise a ticket initially and will get her to phone as a last resort !

The normal route  is to raise a fault here https://faults.plus.net
Has she tried rebooting the router
