Night Time Usage - Mid-night or 1am?

So night time usage according to your faq's it starts at 1am but your front page sells it as mid-night.

Like I am supposed to know that, have been connected with plusnet all of 5 hours, and when I read Anytime account started to look for what account I am on, found one thing that said "Always on" so took it as Anytime. Then figured was on Value package from front page????

Sorry am lost! What would of given me a hint? or do are you referring to the Value package part?
Cos if that is the case then sorry should you not add an faq: for Value package, for when someone does a search????
