Quote What is the target SNRM on this line please? Is it 9dB? Will it work (with stability) at 6dB? That might give another 200kbps, not much but a little bit of help.
Target SNR is indeed at 9db, sync is now at 1899. I wouldn't want to make any further changes until the phone issue (see below) is sorted.

I can see we've raised the phone fault to Openreach as if it's intermittent and losing service/noisy then that's really not going to be helping the broadband.

So what happened regarding the phone fault? All updates would be via Plusnet, Openreach don't contact end users directly (apart from the engineer phoning before they arrive).
