So my household for the last 2 years was receiving an acceptable 1 mb/s download speed from Plusnet. For the last month this has slowed to 100 kb/s or nothing at all. This includes Wireless and Ethernet connection. On every device. 2 weeks ago an engineer was sent round from plusnet to check the line but he could not find a problem. Since then we have exhausted most avenues we know of to try. We have taken our devices such as laptops and PCs to other people's houses and they work fine. We have tried various routers at home but still receive little or no internet. Please fix this soon otherwise we are left with little choice but to seek out other providers.
