Hi
Fttc broadband was installed this morning at 9 am. Just got home and logged in etc and did a speed test and got this

Download Speed
1.75 Mbps
0 Mbps 77.44 Mbps
Max Achievable Speed
Download speedachieved during the test was - 1.75 Mbps

This may be the problem
https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed
What does it say for Current Line Speed
If it is your previous ADSL figure - 2Mbps approx then it needs updating
I suggest phoning in and asking for the Plusnet profile to be updated
If it says 77.4Mbps then go to this http://192.168.1.254/cgi/b/bb/?be=0&l0=2&l1=-1 and click on disconnect then connect and that should fix it
