Newly installed broadband doesn't work

Hi

I've just received my hub one and my broadband connection doesn't seem to be working. I'm getting a red b light on the front of the router and a orange light. I've checked the connection settings in the router match my username and password. Can someone please assist.

When is your activation date? The router normally turns up a few days before your broadband is due.

About 2 months ago I think. It's a new line install from open reach that's taken two months to be installed.

I'm having same issue, on PlusNet since August,  it's happen on Tuesday. I have called PlusNet they send me a new Hub. Issue not resolved Red broadband light and orange power light. No internet for 4 days and waiting engineer on Monday.
