Newcomer question

Hi all
Just in the process of signing on from o2 after o2 sold out on its customers.
Anyway I digress, Im looking forward to joining plusnet and I had a question about add ons. I know plusnet does static ips but wasn't given the option at point of purchase for fibre broadband. Can I only add any add ons such as static ip once my service goes live ? if I try now it wont let me add it.

I suspect that you do need a live service to add the static IP option.
Please also not that this option is not available on all products, on current products it's optional on unlimited (and business products), not available on essentials.

@w23 - Correct, you need to wait until your account is activated, then you can apply for a static IP address (£5 one off payment) from here - https://portal.plus.net/AddOns.html
