Newbie Advise Please... Internet/Broadband connection stops on incoming call.

Hi all,
Anyone experienced this please?
On incoming voice call internet connection drops. So webpages don't refresh/load and browser drops to Router 'You are not connected to the internet' message screen.
Only one phone socket in the house - no extensions.
Tried 3 x different Micro-filters.
Bought new standard (non-Dect) BT Handset thinking this might be the problem - it wasn't.
Am quite a way from the exchange - over six klms I think.
Internet recovers some 1-2 minutes after call ends.
Any help or advise on this one would be greatfully received.

I have check your line over the last 7 days and can see that your connection drops regularly:
I have also tested your line for any telephone connection faults (Copper Line Test) but this test has passed. Therefore it may be that you have a broadband fault. I would recommend to test your line with an alternative broadband router to ensure that this is not the root cause. Let me know if you do not have access to an alternative router and I can arrange for a test router to be posted out to you for testing purposes.
