And I saw my home have a fiber cable with a small green connector only, no any device.

I suggest you phone plusnet Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and let them know there is not a ONT in your property
Explain you have cable with a small green connector only, no ONT device.

If you can take a picture of the cable you've found and the wall behind it and post it on here. You can use the menu to do so - the rectangle box with what looks like a mountain in it.
That would confirm a missing ONT andwould be available for PN staff to look at if required.

Hopefully the fibre (and the plug which can be easily damaged by exposure to being touched or abraded by contact with things it's not supposed to be exposed to) will be serviceable without requiring replacement as that could cause further delays.
