New user can't connect

ok people ive just got my notification that my phone line and broadband are now ready to connect
so i connected my plusnet router and went through all the setup without any joy so i contacted the help desk via the phone and he did tests etc which he said theres a problem so he said he would forward the test results
Anyway since this ive re-connected my TalkTalk router and it works fine so im wondering if my existing talktalk broadband hasnt been swiched off could this be the reason why my plusnet router wont find the line/signal

Yes, if Talk Talk still works, then you are not yet switched over. Unfortunately there have been a few early emails being sent out by PN, just wait until the TT service stops, then plug the PN router in - chances are it will be quite soon.
