There will be holding pages for the duration of the maintenance window.
Detailed description of work to be performed:-
We are making some alterations to the products we offer and the usage allowances for customers already on our BBYW product range.
Expected customer impact:-
Customers will be unable to access our website for the duration of the changes. Our support team will still be available to answer your queries but will be unable to action any account changes during this period.

We could have some fun while waiting for the official announcement - let's speculate.
How about all paid for allowances are increased, but the free download period is reduced (this would be the equivalent of Gordon Brown's 10p tax rate fiasco).
