New traffic management policy & Legacy Plusnet Premium query

The Legacy: Plusnet premium product used to have exactly the same traffic management as Plusnet Extra on ADSL.
Is this still true following the recent changes to traffic management on current products as shown here?

or does the legacy Premium product stay with the old traffic management profile as still shown here

Should be the same as extra.
