Raised 3 questions on support page none has been answered just changed to plusnet from Sky was getting 11mb with sky used to get 8mb from Bt several years ago now with plusnet not even getting 1mb download can anything be done as my line can supprt upto 11mb i was told when signing up. i have bought a new tp link router at set up as per instructions Mark
