Please could someone help I have been with you for 5 days and I am getting 5 mbps speed on my broadband. I was promised at least 18 mbps. I used to get 29-30 mbps with BT your parent so I know it is possible.
I can't do my job at home on that painfully slow rate, It seems so hard to contact you by phone, no one will answer, ever; really poor service. If you can't reach out and help I will have to leave tomorrow.
I wont be able to recommend you to anyone.
You are not doing me proud yet.
