New service - broadband setup page issue

Hi all,

I have just had a new fibre service connected into my property.

The router light is blue, there is internet but I constantly get the plusnet broadband setup page everytime I load a webpage.

I enter my username and password and it sets up the the broadband and completes with the "done" message. But then the process repeats once I try to load another webpage.

Please help!

I've just re enabled the automatic router setup on your account, please can you try a factory reset of your router and let me know how you get on?

From when I joined the Plusnet Help Team in May 2017 my main Community account is @Gandalf.
