New router won’t connect

We had today as the activation day for our new connection. Phone works fine, for text that broadband has activated around 6:30 so Followed instructions to set up router.

Devices will connect to router, light on router is blue. However nothing works. We have tried iPhone, iPad and windows laptop (including via cable).

Troubleshooting page On Admin Hub says “First Packet is Invalid” repeatedly.

Please help!

OpenReach can switch on up to midnight on day of activation.
if you have your old router try configuring that to PN configuration.
