New router hasn't arrived

My new fibre broadband has gone live today but my new router hasn't arrived - that's nearly a week ago it was ordered. Will I still get the faster speeds with my old router? Annoyed as I sat on hold for 30 mins this morning and still couldn't get through to talk to someone!

New customer here also waiting on a new router - the adsl kind for me. Connections due to go live today but I don't even recall having the router dispatch notification yet. Getting worried but I guess there's a little time left for it to arrive in time.

I would give them a call..totally hadn't sent mine out!
