New router freezing

Hi
New on here but been with plusnet for some years
We moved house and exchange areas 2 years ago very few issues at old address
Since here we have issues with slow speeds BT been several times
Now have a new router this just freezes the blue connection light is on but all wifi has dropped out and can only connect if we turn router off and back on
Anyone with ideas to try

When the WiFi drops out for you, does a little red symbol appear on the front of the router? Are you also able to test with a wired connection for us as well please, just to see if it's only the WiFi or the connection dropping.
