New modem/router questions

Hi,Ive recently bought a new ADSL modem/router (Dynamode R-ADSL-C-4-2) to replace my very old Alcatel one.
But I have some questions regarding set up.Firstly it asks me to input the VPI and VCI.... Dont have a clue as to what these values should be (the default values are 0/38).Secondly should I chose PPPoA or PPPoE mode?

You'll need it in PPPoA (VC MUX) using those default VCI/VPI settings.
