New joiner, upload capped

Hello all,
I joined last week and got the broadband setup. Moving from 3Mb at previous house to 18Mb makes such a difference! Thanks plusnet
Any chance I can get the upload uncapped? It's kinda slow at 445Kb... Should I raise a ticket for this?
