New installation

Literally just had plusnet installed. Guy said will be ready by midnight. Since he left red light came on for internet. Is this normal or do i need to reboot it?

Can be activated any time up to midnight on day PN have notified you
your BB is being switched on. Keep rebooting till you get adsl service.

Hey @Olliemac,

Welcome to Plusnet and our community forums!

Your service can go live anytime up to midnight on the day of activation, I would therefore just keep it plugged in and the lights should change as soon as connection is activated.
