I'm moving on 20th February and today had a look at what http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome says for my line.
It includes this useful information in the results:

That is the result for my existing line. I've tried to get something for where I'm moving to but the check by address gives nothing extra and the new telephone number won't be recognised until the BT databases are updated after it goes live.

For interest, if you check your current property using its address rather than your phone number does it give the additional information?

No, nothing extra on the current property when checked by address.
