New fibre connection speed

Hey guys,
Please see ticket #82676208
Basically I have the same issue as digitalfixer65 had here: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,124499.0.html
My download speed is the same as before the upgrade to fibre whilst the upload is much greater.
Could you please take a look to see if it's as easy to fix?

That should be sorted now if you restart your router
