New customer

Hi everyone,
As a new customer I signed up for you unlimited fibre. 76/20 speeds
I know the first 10 days are settling in but should speeds not start that high and settle to the highest sustainable speed?
I am currently still only getting 36/2 is this normal?
Thanks in advance for any answers.

Looks like you have been provisioned on the wrong profile.

Re: New customer

Really sorry you've been put on the wrong profile there.
I've placed an order with our suppliers to get that sorted out for you. The order is due to complete overnight, you should notice a near immediate improvement from tomorrow morning onwards.

Re: New customer

Thanks for looking at this for me chris, however only the upload speed has increased, do I need to reboot anything?

Re: New customer

Disconnect and reconnect the modem and see if that helps.
