New customer waiting for broadband activation

Hello. Our phone line switched over to plusnet yesterday and I'm currently waiting for confirmation of the broadband as today is the activation date. Not heard anything yet. Can it really take till midnight or has something gone wrong with my order?

Your order completed yesterday but didn't kick through our systems, I've just manually activated the account and you should be able to get online.
