New customer taking over existing line

Hi there, I have a colleague who is moving business to a premises where there was BB with PN (F9) previously, is there any way for him to take over the line and move to a new account at the same time? Example...
Username A / Product 1 > ---- Moves to ---- > Username B / Product 2 as a new signup...
Just trying to work it out from referrals pov and also for the lack of downtime...
many thanks!
Scott

Re: New customer taking over existing line

I think BT will terminate all existing services on the line when the telephone account changes.

Re: New customer taking over existing line

The company which is moving in, already owns the line, so that should be ok, as the new company have changed the lines... I believe all that changed was the billing details, and the BB is still active...
