Hello,
I am a new customer and received an email last night stating my home broadband was ready to use. We have set up the router this morning however get an orange power line and flashing red button. Have tried resetting to no avail. Can anyone suggest anything?

@rachelrooney Welcome to the forum.
When you say that you received an email 'last night' was it after midnight?
Plusnet tend to send these emails out early in the morning of the 'go live day' but fail to mention that it can be up until midnight before the service is fully activated. So if the message came early today then you will need to give it at least today before worrying.

Hello, thanks for the response!
I received the email at 11pm yesterday - should I assume I need to wait until after midnight tonight to try again?

I would, if it's not up tomorrow morning try a hub reset by pushing a paperclip or similar into the reset hole, keep the switch closed for at least 20 seconds. Leave it a quarter of an hour and see if it comes to life. If it's still not connected then something has gone wrong or got delayed.
