I am new customer today and hun is showing orange have pressed reset factory button on hub Several times and not working. Need Wi-Fi for job and when switching last time to BT no issues but today issues with switching to plusnet?

If today is your day for the switch to Plusnet then you should be aware that it can be anytime up to midnight foor the switch to complete. Have you had messages to confirm the completion of your switch.
