New customer- can’t get past Hun page!

Broadband went live yesterday, couldn’t connect!
Called this morning and was told they’d now “fully” activated account.
Come home tonight & same problem!
Looks like there’s an “ok” button missing so I can only cancel & not log on! I did notice I have the “setup” email address though too.
HELP!!!!

Click the disconnect/cancel button and other options will appear.
