New contract --- no speed??!

HI all, just took out a new contract after being a plusnet cusomer. The new contract is exactly the same as the old one (just dearer--what a suprise), anyways for the last 18 months  i have had a reasonable 17.5mbps for my money but since i have renewed with them my speed has dropeed down to a useless 0.7mbps. I have tried contacting them to no avail, so before i escalate it to the ombudsman has any1 any ideas why the speed has dropped to almost nothing? any help greatly appreciated

I'm sorry to see that there's a problem with this.

 

I've been running checks on your account and diagnostic line tests, neither of which indicate a problem with your connection.

 

I assume you connect to broadband over WiFi? If so I would definitely follow the troubleshooting checks here as your next step: https://goo.gl/OwfjxM
