New broadband service - will there be any interuptions to service?

Hi,
I have a new BT phone line in the house which has a temporary phone number which is due to change on the 6th September. I ordered my plusnet BB service yesterday using my new phone number as opposed to the temporary one and wonder if there will be any interuption to the service during this interim period.

There will be no interruptions using your new number for your broadband order. As per our conversation I have sent you notification of the order's current status.

As per our telephone conversation, I spoke to Bt and they said that they can't do anything about removing the TAG. They went on to say that Plusnet should be seeing to that for me.
Please afvise what to do, as I feel that I am being bounced back and forth, caught in the middle!

Joanne, I spoke to Anthony at 16:20 or so and he will call me back in the morning. I wonder if you have a dorect phone number for him, as I would like to speak to him again about expediating my BB order.

Hi Graham,
I've just been down to see Anthony and he is expecting a reply about your expedite very shortly so will ring you when he gets it.
As for moving your phone to us. As much as we would love to do that we must make you aware that this will severely interfere with your order and you would lose your expedite and related fees. You are more than welcome to move the service to us once you are up and running but by then I would Imagine that you will be in some sort of contract with your provider.

I will wait until the expediate is over before transferring phone over. You are right I have a contract with BT, but they have let me down and they have agreed that they will not hold me to the contract if I migrate.
I hope to migrate as soon as possible.
