New broadband order

Hi
I ordered fibre unlimited 2 weeks a go and the status hasn't changed from checking your line and I have also not received the router. I am switching from bt infinity to plusnet fibre and provided plusnet with the mac code. Please can one of the plusnet admins have a look at my order and make sure everything is going through?
