It shouldn't need provisioning. It looks like  the account hasn't been activated, in which case the normal technical support should be able to activate it if it hasn't by tomorrow.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

But the initial post said that the router light turned blue - which infers that a successful PPP session was established.

Maybe a factory reset of the router might help?

Presumably it must have else the Hub would not be populated with the correct username.

@Sweep 

To factory reset the hub you need to push a paperclip or similar in the reset hole on the back of the hub and hold the switch closed until you get a green light. Then leave it alone for several minutes.
