New broad and router

Had the text last night to say broadband was ready to set up, plugged my new router in, turned it on it flashed green, went blue and then started flashing orange. When clicking on the wifi on my phone it says no internet please sign in. When clicking on that it asks me questions which haven't yet helped.

Welcome to the forums, @grantyardley . Sounds like your Hub cannot detect a signal. As a first step, try resetting it - push a paper clip or similar into the pinhole on the rear of the router for ~30 seconds, or until it goes green, release and then give it five minutes or so to configure. If that doesn't work, come back and we can look further.

Another thought - are all your cables - into the back of the Hub, and into the master socket, locked in?

Thanks John, tried this unfortunately still nothing, called up and will hopefully have an engineer out shortly!
