I assume you had reached your allowance limit and were restricted?
When was your billing date? If it is today (10th) then you will have to wait a while lomger as the scripts that reset accounts are run during the early hours of the morning. If the billing date as a few days ago have you tries rebooting your router?
The process for resetting accounts and limits is an automated process which CSC agents have no control over.

Yeah, its cleared now, I phoned again.
I'm more than a little annoyed about this "wait for it to clear" business, I didn't experience any delay between me hitting the limit and it starting. Seems a bit rich that they should cut me off right on the dot, but only restore service some hours after its due to be restored.
