New billing month and my speed is still limited!!

Last billing period I reached the 60gb limit and had a few days of limited speed, today is the start of the new billing period and I'm still being limited!

Hi iambatman.
Once the billing for today is run, your monthly bill will be produced and your usage reset. This should go through in the next few hours. We can't produce everyone's bill at the same time so they issued throughout the day. Once yours is done you will receive your normal service notice with your invoice amount on. When you receive this, your usage should be reset.  Hope this helps.

thats disappointing, my usage was reset last night at 12am though the limiting obviously wasn't lifted

Your account is fine on our side now, the profile is correct along with the traffic management settings. Try logging in to your router and do a single disconnect/reconnect.
