Hi Chris,
Could I get confirmation that I won't be getting a visit from BT today ?  I need to go out and don't want to be hit with a fee should he turn up and I'm not in.
As I say, the problem was solved on Friday afternoon.

I've requested that the engineer was cancelled, you're fine to go out as there's no charge.
