I am having trouble registering my new Tablet on Plusnet. just get message,"Authorisation problem". Can someone assist please.

Sounds like you may not have the wireless password in correctly. It should be on a sticker on the base of the router (usually starting CP) - if you put that in does it make any difference?

Hmm, the router admin password will start with CP but the wireless key won't. The latter should be given under "Wireless Network" on the plastic card that came with the router (or on the underside of the router) and needs to be entered using capital letters. Note that 0 and 1 are digits and not letters.
