By Spring BT will ensure that these proposals are either dead or diluted considerably  >:(- also, from what 'm reading on here and other forums, there is absolutely no way that the repair/installation times have improved significantly.

I wonder how this will work when it takes Plusnet three days to report the fault to OpenReach?
