I recently upgraded from the PlusNet provided router to a new one. I'm now facing slower speeds trying to load web pages and Buffering on Iplayer.
This computer is connected to the router.
BT Wholesale speed test gave me a this Result back.
Download Speed (Mbps):3.82
Upload Speed (Mbps): 0.86
Ping Latency (ms): 42.88
"Download speedachieved during the test was - 3.82 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 9.89 Mbps"
My Router says:
Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps) 1275
Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps) 11212
Default Gateway / IPv4 Address pppoa0 (DSL) / 87.115.116.255
Connection Time 00:41:58
Primary DNS Server 212.159.6.10
Secondary DNS Server 212.159.6.9
Default IPv6 Gateway / IPv6 Address

Also can you tell us when you switched the routers over as there appears to have been a fair few disconnections over the past few days:
