New Router (Asus RT-N53 N600)

So I am finally.. hopefully getting my line installed.
Previously I was with Sky, and believe it or not it was AGAINST their T&C's to use a custom/other router than the ones they supplied. I assume Plus.net are not the same, well I hope not as the Router they supplied (as much as I adore Plus.net) is the biggest, cheapest piece of poo ever and is of course, only single band.
Looking to replace it straight off. Naturally I may go to my Usual D-link route but this Asus Router caught my eye. Does anyone see any problems with it running off the Openreach Fibre. I know Sky use a custom MER to try and stop people using their own routers but I would assume it would be easy to set this up with plus.net.

I use the Asus RT-N56U without any problems & it gives much better results than the previously mentioned poo. Wink

Ahhh cheers, Nice and simple then.
I never got why Sky wouldn't allow custom Routers or non Sky routers on their lines.
