New Plusnet user-- broadband disconnects several times a day

Hi, I switched to Plusnet a week ago. Since then my broadband connection has been dropping at least twice a day, for maybe five minutes at a time. ADSL stays up, it's just the PPP connection that drops.

I'm on the same phone line as always, and have had several ISPs over the years with no major problems.

The log on my router shows this when disconnect/reconnect event happens (note the four minutes elapsed time, in this case):

When I look at the router status during the outage, it shows ADSL up ("Showtime" as it calls it) but there's no allocated IP address, it just shows 0.0.0.0 .

Our tests aren't showing any particular cause but as shown below your connection is dropping.
